Origins
When I was young, I was attracted by objects with a sense of explosiveness and power, and this attraction is the root of the watch mechanism I make today, combining the gathering of energy that is then instantly released. I have specialized for more than 20 years in watch design, reflecting on how to break through the constant, continuous, relatively gentle and recurring-type time display methods of most watches. In 2012, I drew upon the inspiration from my childhood and designed a watch that carries an ejection-style hour hand system.
In 2018, relying upon FIYTA, I founded the MOONYANG, the first high-end designer brand in China. It was named after my pen making company " Sun Muyang ". This brand marked China's first trial to integrate global high-end watchmaking resources.

Concept
It gathers the strength of life from the innermost places of the heart, uses unique creative ideas to endow the time display with humanistic charm.
We show keen interest in the innovation of watch technology and concurrently extract cultural strength in traditions. We try our best to facilitate products to reach the level of perfection and create the classic, belonging to the future.
When it comes to the classic, it means that it has the power to go beyond time and space and can be continuously passed down to future generations. When I was designing this watch, I was repeatedly deliberating on the factors that can facilitate this watch to go beyond simply time. The success of this series is presented in the following three aspects.
Having an explosive-ejecting hour hand, the time display combines periodical minute hand and the instantaneous ejection of the hour hand. This combination is a symbol and metaphor for one's life to achieve the well-grounded bloom moment after continuous accumulation. It is also what a successful life process is like in each era;
Since the cold weapon era, sword culture is closely tied with heroes and legends, with people's heroic emotion fully displayed. It is indeed beyond time.
In terms of design style, I follow the relatively conventional but long-lasting neoclassic style, having lasted for hundreds of years, this style is believed to continue among future generations.
The three aspects above fully signify that MOONYANG products have time-crossing vitality, descriptive of the brand concept of "creating future classics".

The Team and its Soul Members
Today I am the most experienced wristwatch designer in China, with my own sentiments and aspirations. I was involved in diverse design projects, including major national design projects (such as China's aviation watch, a wristwatch for pilots of the Chinese Air Force and pilots of craft carriers in China, etc.), a high-end wristwatch for collection projects, prospective innovative design projects, etc.
A number of these products won the Prize of China Industry Award, WIPO-SIPO Award for Chinese Outstanding Industrial Design, Germany Red Dot Award, Gold Award of Governor Cup Industrial Design Competition Product, Red Star Award and other dozens of both domestic and abroad design awards.
Many of the product models were collected in National Museum of China and Museum of Watch in Switzerland (Musée International d'Horlogerie in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland).

Today I continue pursuing innovative expression of time in the hope of breaking the stereotype and showing my respect for the classics, I create high-end timepieces in China's wristwatch industry, that are deemed as having both aesthetic and collective values. The core watchmaker involved in the development of the movement of MOONYANG is Eric Coudray, known as "one of the three best-complicated movement designers in the world". The use of ejection concept in time display turns to be an innovative choice, bringing new challenges to the design and manufacturing of mechanical movement.

Status in the Chinese and Oversea Markets
Harmony World Watch Center is authorized to conduct the full-channel marketing of MOONYANG products. The brand is also equipped with an improved service centre, and the official authorized maintenance centre for professional and customer-oriented warranty worldwide. At BASELWORLD in 2018, Arthur King conceptual wristwatch from MOONYANG Series won unanimous affirmation as well as favourable public respect from both domestic and overseas media owing to its unique innovation. It should also be noted that MOONYANG was covered on the first page of Basel's official website on the very first day of the show, presenting the charm of China's original design in front of the world people.

Record
On November 9, 2019, Xuanyuan Sword series from MOONYANG set the highest auction record among wristwatch jewellery products at RMB 1.3 million yuan, in the evening party on the "2019 Boundless Glory Roots in Dream" - "Sharing Love Charitable Auction Party" held by Shanghai Adream Charitable Foundation. On December 13, 2019, after several screenings by the expert evaluation group, Xuanyuan Sword series from MOONYANG stood out among considerable works and was awarded the Gold Award of the Blue Light Cup by the most authoritative horologe design award in China.
