The Reason

An iconic Corum wristwatch that emphasises the beauty of the movement through the skeletonisation and hand engraving.

Functions

Manually wound movement with minute and hour hands time indication.

History

The Romvlvs watch line was first introduced in 1966, the name is a tribute to the founder of Rome and first king Romulus (753 BC). A later version introduced in 1976 would cause controversy as a well known Jeweller at the time threatened a lawsuit claiming his design had been stolen, however Corum had registered the design long before. The Romulus is a watch line that has been continued and of which there have been multiple variations. This skeletonised, hand engraged version was launched in 1994 and was a limited edition of 100.
